Mandatory In-Person Practical Attendance
Because this is a competency-based program involving supervised hands-on training and practical assessment, attendance at all in-person practical weekends is mandatory.
Students must attend the scheduled practical weekends in full in order to complete the required hands-on training, demonstrate safe needling technique, participate in supervised practice, and complete practical assessments.
Students who are unable to attend all scheduled practical weekends should wait for a future cohort.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration in this program is limited, and in-person practical weekends require advance planning for venue, supplies, supervision, and student-to-instructor ratios.

A student may cancel their registration by providing written notice by email.

Mandatory Practical Weekend Attendance
Attendance at all mandatory in-person practical weekends is required for successful completion of the program. Students who miss a required practical weekend will not be eligible for course completion or certification unless alternate arrangements are approved by The FACT Lab.
